Dayton Arcade Renovation

Dayton Arcade Renovation

ESI is a proud partner in the restoration of another historical Ohio landmark: The Dayton Arcade. The Arcade opened in 1904, featuring food markets, retail stores, offices and apartments, and was one of downtown Dayton’s prime attractions for decades. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974 and closed to the public in 1990. ESI’s work in the core and shell phase includes underground feeders and vaults, lighting, power and fire alarm. When complete, the renovated Arcade will feature a mix of commercial tenants and residential apartments. Learn More Here.
