ESI provides electric vehicle charging station installation services. Our capabilities include all underground conduit, wiring, switchgear, and hardware installation. Our team includes EVITP-certified electricians.
Long before work begins at a project site, ESI’s team is planning and preparing for a safe, efficient and quality outcome. Our preconstruction team collaborates with owners, general contractors and other trades to identify and resolve challenges early. Working through challenges during preconstruction allows us to execute our work as efficiently as possible.
Our estimators collaborate with numerous stakeholders, making real-time changes and analyzing a variety of cost impacts, such as feeder routing and adjusted fixture and device counts. We use current market prices during the estimating process, increasing the accuracy of our estimates.
ESI optimizes project design and construction through building information modeling and 3D coordination. We provide quantity takeoff, estimating, scheduling, coordination, clash detection, and visualization to ensure all materials fit as designed. Our BIM experts use Revit for design coordination and model fabrication.
A growing percentage of project components are fabricated at ESI’s Innovation Center. Prefabricating components in a controlled environment increases safety, improves efficiency, and reduces costs.
As a design-assist contractor, ESI values open communication and collaboration among all team members. We lean on our team’s deep experience and ongoing training to achieve effective constructability reviews. Our project managers and field supervisors are involved in every phase of a project, ensuring successful delivery from design through construction.
