ESI is providing the electrical and low-voltage build-outs of this 200,000-square-foot facility. This includes build-out stages 1.0, 1.5, 1.75, 2.0, 2.5 and 2.75. These phases included initial office build-out, cGMP clean room suites, product development labs, research labs, ancillary space, warehouse, new electrical services, power to mechanical equipment and back up power.
