This new patient tower is the first phase in a renewal program for Dayton Children’s main campus. ESI’s scope of work on this project includes replacement of the aging inpatient care areas, providing single-occupancy rooms. The eight-story bed tower also provides shell space for phased implementation, build-out of a new NICU PICU/IMCU, hematology/oncology center, food service and kitchen, and a public lobby.
