This new building provides office space for personnel operating as a clinical research organization. The project consisted of an eight-level office building with 427,771 square feet and a six-level connected parking garage. ESI provided complete new electrical for the building and garage, as well as future provisions for a new residence building and food court. Scope included all new normal and emergency distribution, new electrical branch circuit system, new 500kW generator, new fire alarm system, foreman’s radio repeater system, lightning protection, lighting and lighting control, site lighting, new data wiring and wireless access points and A/V cabling and distributed antenna cabling.
