ESI installed a 2-megawatt generator serving a mission critical facility at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. The project required a very detailed outage and commissioning plan, and ESI worked closely with the utility company and owner to ensure a successful outcome.
The project scope consisted of all new underground raceways, concrete pads, fuel line piping, control wiring that was integrated into the existing control scheme, network cabling, 15kV cable and termination installation and cable testing. ESI also provided a complete coordination study and relay settings and testing.
