ESI renovated several departments within the medical center, including: command, mental health, ICU, residency quarters, sleep lab, surgery, central sterilization, chapel, mail room, optometry, mammography and ultrasound.
ESI was responsible for all medium- and low-voltage power distribution, fire alarm, mass notification, paging, nurse call, cable TV, voice/data systems and overall security system. The facility remained 100 percent functioning during construction.
